Am I ? You tell me, I’ve just got 2 X flight tickets to IBIZA + RETURN for FREE !!! Nope, I didnt win a lucky draw or anything … this very rare incident happened 2 weeks ago when we have decided to grab our air tix from XXX airline before the prices goes up during the summer season. I filled up the online booking form, hit the send button to complete my transaction and after 2 minutes of waiting, an error page came up. I thought maybe it was the connection problem so I hit BACK and tried again, it went throught instantly and i got my email confirmation. Few days later i checked my bank account online and I nearly had a heart attack when I saw XXX airline charged me £600(WTF…) ! I suspected it was because of the earlier error page which prompted to this double booking, so i emailed them to cancel one of the duplicate booking and requested for the £300 refund. I waited and checked my mail everyday but there was no reply, I had to do something to get my money back! So, I called my bank’s Premier customer service helpline and explained the situation, the lady was very nice and understanding … and u know what? I got my money back the very next day!!! A week later, I received an email from XXX airline(finally) acknowledging my problem and understood it was an honest mistake, so they would refund my money. I thought my bank had already spoken to them thats why they just sent an email confirmation, so i ignored them. I logged in to my bank account yesterday, my jaws were wide open and my eyes nearly popped out when I saw ANOTHER £300 deposited in. I checked my account on XXX airline’s website, they already removed the duplicate booking and the correct flight is confirmed! My bank returned £300 to me, XXX airline refunded £300 to me AND gave me free holiday flights to Ibiza. Gotta be my 1st and the best summer in Europe.

Well, actually this is not the 1st time such thing happened me in UK. There’s once my boss’s laser jet printer ran out of ink and being a computer noob, he doesnt know much bout catridge stuff. So I offered to get a new one for him instead of waiting for it from head office since he needed it urgently. I went to Curry’s and many computer shops in Tottenham Court Road, but they only do Inkjet catridges. Finally I went to a huge PC World in Collier’s Wood to check it out, thank god they have it there. The price shocked me though, £60 for a catridge ??? Oh, well … the company’s paying so what the hell … I checked out at the till and the girl scanned the item. I took my card out and she asked me if I had £1, I was wondering do they ask for tip as well in computer stores ??? Then I said no coz I didn’t carry any coin, I slotted my card in and the transaction went through. She gave me the receipt and I couldnt believe that she just charged me 97 PENCE for it …. NOT EVEN ONE POUND for a 60 quid laser catridge !!! I told my boss about it and he couldnt stop laughing, well at least this will always be one of the most memorable experince with this company =)

Alright, time to zzZZz now. More updates coming soon! Cheers~
